Salvage of HEL-103 in Poland

Circumstances caused the fishing vessel HEL-103 to sink 6 nautical miles north of the estuary of Vistula to a depth of 65 meters near the coast of Gdansk in Poland. The six-member crew on board were rescued and taken to port. No one was injured. In May 2019, Qceas was contracted to salvage the vessel.

With the help of local Polish parties, the vessel was recovered and brought to the surface on Wednesday, August 14. The HEL-103 could be returned to the port from which it had once departed.
